WD M-2 currently blessing most of Baluchistan with moderate to some heavy rain. It will move across the country from south to north in next 3-4 days lashing the land with moderate to scattered heavy falls with isolated hails.

Western and southwestern parts of region already got rain in last two days more rain likely over most parts of province in next 36 hours with some heavy falls in Quetta, Kalat, Zhob, Barkhan, Noshuki etc which may lead to flash flooding in local streams of the areas.
Weather to start clearing by friday night.
Sindh:
Scattered rains expected in province during friday morning to friday night and isolated rainfall on saturday.
Coastal belt of region can get fast windy conditions on friday with cloudy skies and drizzles.
Karachi and Hyderabad expected to get some thunder showers by friday.Isoalted activity to be seen on saturday.
Some central and upper Parts can get scattered thunderstorms on friday.
Punjab:
Southern parts of region including Multan to get scattered thunder showers on friday.
Central parts of province got some rains on thursday and more to come on friday and scattered chances on saturday.
Lahore to Rawalpindi/Islamabad (Upper Belt) to get periods of light rains on friday with moderate showers on friday late.Rain to turn heavy on saturday for twins and few upper parts of punjab while becoming scattered to isolated on sunday.
KPK:
All areas of province to get showers and periods of Thunderstorms on friday and saturday.
Saturday rainfall can cause flash flooding in Upper kpk areas specially malakand and hazara divisions.
Rain with short intervals expected on sunday.
Kashmir &GB:
Periods of rainfall during next 4 days with most of rain felling during weekend and snowfall over higher peaks.

WD-M1 To Bring Rains !!
We are expecting 3-4 Rainy spells for different parts of country in month of march.
A fresh WD has started to effect western parts of Balochistan VIA IRAN. Dusty winds followed by Thunderstorm rain expected in scattered parts of north, northwest, northeast balochistan on monday-tuesday while few to slight chances for isolated activity in coastal parts.
Quetta,kalat, zhob etc can receive handsome rainfall in first half of march.
Sindh can experience passing clouds with some short periods of fast gusty winds with slight chances of isolated drizzles or light showers in western belt.
No major rainfall for karachi from this spell except chances of odd drizzles and windy conditions.
Rain with TS expected in different parts of kpk during tuesday/wednesday-friday/saturday.
Rain and snowfall expected in different parts of northern areas and kashmir during the spell.
Different parts of south and central punjab will witness periods of fast dust rising winds with chances of rainfall for Cnetral Punjab including sargodha, lahore, faisalabad and adjoining mostly during 3-6 march.
Isolated drizzles or light ts can occur in Multan etc on 3-4 march.
Islamabad and different parts of upper punjab can get light to moderate rainfall with TS chances mostly during 4-6 march.

Temperature Records Set in February
Record breaking heat today 10 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL! Unbelievable Maximum temperatures and temperature ranges witnessed.
ISLAMABAD (Zero point) broke its all time monthly record as it touched 30.5 C, this breaks the old record of 30.2 C in 2008
RAWALPINDI MATCHED its all time record of 30.0 C. This marks the warmest February temperature in Rawalpindi since 28 February 1985.
Rawalpindi also set a DAILY RECORD MAX temperature for 23rd February.

PESHAWAR CITY broke its all time monthly record by One and a half Degrees as it peaked 31.5 C. This breaks the old record of 30 C set in 1983.

Day temperatures shall remain above normal in remaining days of this week specially in central and upper parts of country and nights will stay chilly.

Fog which started last weekend in most of plains of Punjab, Upper sindh and south KPK has made days to stay extra cool with partly sunny periods or no sun at all at different areas.
Today also thick cover of fog blanketed most of plain areas of Punjab including Islamabad, resulting in considerably below normal maximum temperature.
On the other side Karachi saw a surprise and unexpected rainfall last night in scattered parts of city and so does some nearby areas of lower sindh.
Chief amount of rainfalls are PAF Base Faisal 4.0mm, Landhi 3.5mm, MOS 3.1mm, North Karachi, Karachi Airport 1.2mm, and Saddar 1.0mm. Traces of rainfalls reported from Masrror and Gulshan-e-Hadeed.

First Good Rainfall for upper Pakistan !!

WD D-1 !!!
WD D-1 caused light to heavy scattered rainfall in upper and northern Pakistan.
Quetta received seasonal first snowfall in northern balochistan while rain reported in other parts of northeast balochistan.
During evening time a strong unexpected thunderstorm developed in the twin cities which continued till late night. This caused a significant thunder-rainstorm occasionally with strong winds.
Good rains occured in kpk kashmir and pockets of upper punjab as well.
First seasonal snowfall occured in nothern pakistan including Murree Nathya gali areas.
Rainy spell has ended now which will b followed by a cold wave impacting most of pakistan from tonight adn will continue next few days.
From weekend dense foggy conditions will prevail in most parts of Punjab as well as Peshawar and sukkur divisions which will drop max temp in most of plains.
Rain/snowfall amounts during last 24 hours.
