#International:Dubai,Sharjah and surroundings will get strong thunderstorm/rain on sunday evening/night and monday early.
Southern Iran adjoining with pak border,Muscat and northern tip of Oman get showers and thundery rain on monday morning till late night.
#Monday/Tuesday Morning:
System moves to Western Balochistan and rain to start at western border by monday afternoon...rain picking intensity on western areas and trough of system will form diping toward southwestern areas...(20-40mm)
Rain will expand to most parts of province by tuesday morning.
Very fast winds with rain.
Much of country remains cloudy from monday afternoon onward.
#Tuesday-Wednesday early:
Good rainfall for north Balochistan too with first snowfall of season over Quetta,kalat, ziarat and chamman hills.(15-40mm) (1-inch to 1 feet snow)
Rain continue in much of north/SE balochistan.
Showers for western areas of sindh from tuesday morning/afternoon 5-20mm)
Chances of light to moderate thunder showers for karachi with gusty winds on tuesday evening/night and early wednesday giving ( 5-15 mm )
Southern sindh cities like Hyderabad,mithi,mir pur khas cloudy and geting light rains mostly on tuesday night/wed morning.
Upper sindh to get 2-20mm on wednesday.

Showers/snow continue in north Balochistan...
System shifting north leaving sindh...Meanwhile entering indian Northwestern parts.
South Punjab including Multan,DG khan and adjoining all areas get showers and thundery rain with fast winds (5-25mm)
Rain approaching and expanding to central Punjab by wednesday early.
Meanwhile gripping much of KPK.

Rain continue at central punjab on thursday morning.Rain intensity increasing for Upper Punjab,Upper kpk.kashmir and Islamabad.
Moderate to heavy rains,Thunderstorm rain and fast winds for most of Lahore, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Gujrat, sialkot, chakwal, Pasrur, Mandi Bhauddin, Rawalpindi, Mianwali from wednesday night to Thursday night.
(10-35mm at different places)
Snow starts in Murree..kashmir,,,GB and hills of KPK from wednesday night getting heavier on thursday
(1-3 feet snow for murree, Galiyat and adjoining... 2-6 feet for Neelum,Hunza valleys more for northern hills )

Winter rain lashes Upper Pakistan !!!
As was expected rain and snow occurred in widespread areas of Punjab,KPK,Quetta divisions,Islamabad,kashmir and GB.

WD (J-1 & J-2) !!!
#Weather Review from December-2014 till 9-Jan 2015 !!!
If we see Past few years one can expect atleast one WD in pakistan during mid december or by end of december but in 2014 case was totally opposite. As the month started dry weather was already gripping whole country. Foggy days started for plains of country by second week of december and day by day expanded in area over the region. As a result Much of Punjab, and few plains of kpk, north sindh seeing foggy days till today.
In Punjab most of upper central areas saw nearly 15 days withour sun till today.
Southern Punjab also got 7-10 days without sun with gaps.
2-3 days without sun reported from pockets of sindh.
Fog conditions and intensity now a days is seriously too much and has effected even southmost City of Karachi today morning.Temp of plains recorded many times less than the north Punjab and kpk areas due to continuous fog.Due to fog not only Routine life remained disturbed. Flight and train operation was highly effected on national and international routes.
And 2014 ended up with extremely dry and foggy days.
Jan-2015 started with dry and foggy days too but as day passed hopes arose for some rains.Yes Wd knocking at western borders of Pakistan.
#Weekend Forecast:
Dry/cool weather will continue across the country during next 48 hours.Plains will be foggy till monday morning.Fog intensity will decrease considerably from sunday in plains of Punjab.
#Weather Monday-Friday/Saturday !!!
So winter rains finally starting in country from coming week as two back to back WD's J-1 (Janaury-Ist WD) and J-2 (Janaury-2nd WD) will approach and cause rain in different parts of region.
#Islamabad:
Getting cloudy from monday and thick cloudy weather from tuesday morning.
Rain to start from light intensity from late tuesday...converting to moderate and continuous rain from tuesday night...Moderate to some heavy falls continue till wednesday night...
Short break and again some rain showers from thursday evening till friday late but with gaps n less intensity and scattered.
#Punjab:
Rain to occur in much of upper and central Punjab in coming week while isolated in pockets of Southern parts.
Upper parts including Rawalpindi,Gujranwala sargodha, chakwal, jhelum, gujrat, sialkot, gujrat, mandi bhauddin and adjoining areas cloudy from monday afternoon and light to moderate rains from tuesday evening/night till wednesday night. Showers again on thursday night/friday.Isolated heavy falls expected.
Lahore getting cloudy from monday monring and cloudiness increasing gradually from west till tuesday afternoon.Rain to start properly by tuesday eve/night and becoming moderate to slight heavy from wednesday morning till late wednesday. Light rains/shower again on thrusday night/friday.
Central Punjab Including Faislabad,jhang, sahiwal, okara, mianwali, T.T.Singh cloudy on monday and tuesday.light rains on tuesday night and wednesday.
Light to moderate showers again on thursday night.
Southern punjab including Multan, DG Khan and adjoining areas will b cloudy on monday and
tuesday with sunny gaps. Slight chances of light rains/drizzle on tuesday late and wednesday.
Isolated light to moderate showers on thursday or friday.
First light snowfall of season expected for Hilly areas of Murree and The Naathiya Gali on above mentioned days.
Mostly dry for rest of areas.
#Sindh:
Fog to continue in plains till monday.Decrease from monday expected as passing clouds can grip upper and some western areas.
Remaining mostly dry in whole province as no major chance of rain.
Slight chance of better cloudiness and light rain os scattered drizzles for upper and northern areas of sindh on thursday.
Fast winds can be observed time to time in different southern parts including karachi in week.
#KPK:
The area from where WD will make entracnce on monday.Light to moderate rain will grip most of province from monfay night or early tuesday.Moderate to some slight heavy falls expected on tuesday night and wednesday in much of Peshawar, Malakand, Hazara, Sawabi, Mardan, Kohat, Noshehra, Wazirastan and adjoining all areas.
First snowfall of season for northern hills ans some peaks of Tribal Agencies also expected.
#Balochistan:
Northern areas will remain focus of coming wd's....rains for Quetta, Zayarat, Chamman and zhob on monday night and tuesday early...
Light rain chances for Dalbandin and kalat district.
Again some chances of rain for these areas on wednesday late or thursday.
Mostly dry for rest of region.
#Kashmir #GB:
Rains and Snowfall over hills will be observed during tuesday-saturday with short gaps,
Good amount of rain or these areas and proper first snowfall of season.
